This particularly applies to conventional and numerically controlled machines from the former “Prvomajska” product range, whose production has unfortunately been discontinued.

Retrofit kit for M100 (ALG 100)

Would you like to upgrade your old machine and bring it in line with European standards?
We offer a retrofit kit that will ensure your old machine meets safety regulations while also improving positioning accuracy. The kit includes:

  • A new electrical cabinet designed in compliance with safety standards, including a connection for an external coolant tank with pump;

  • A HEIDENHAIN digital display mounted on a column with a swivel base;

  • Linear measuring scales for all three axes, manufactured by HEIDENHAIN;

  • Mounting brackets for the measuring scales;

  • A chip protection device for the main spindle.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

  • External cooling unit with coolant pump;

  • Micro-cooling device (air and oil mist cooling);

  • Chip collection tray with discharge opening;

  • Chip protection cover with three flaps and safety switches;

  • LED lamp

  • We also offer complete overhauls or major servicing of the machine, combined with the installation of the retrofit kit.
