When discussing the ALG 100 GF / M100 GF, the most important improvements are:

• Spindle rotation – left and right

• Gearbox with two ranges and automatic range switching

• The spindle speed can be continuously adjusted in both ranges via a potentiometer on the control panel

• No step gearbox – the machine axes are connected through three electromagnetic clutches and one servo motor. The feed rate is continuously adjustable via a potentiometer on the control panel up to 1 m/min in all three axes (X, Y, Z)

• The classic manual gear lever for axis engagement has been replaced with joysticks and a simple selection of the axis movement direction. The joysticks are equipped with a safety clutch to prevent accidental activation

• Digital indicators for feed rate and spindle speed
